I just wanted to provide you feedback on the gutter service that we had at our house last Friday. My wife and I are very pleased by the work that both men did, as well as by their professionalism. Beyond that, both men were very nice to my 5-year old son, as he was talking to them constantly about what they were doing and him wanting them to play soccer with him when they were done… they both were very nice to him and interacted with him, including kicking the ball back and forth with him a couple times which made his day.

I had wanted to tip them for the great work they did and for their professionalism, but didn’t think about it until after they left. As a result, I wanted to send you some feedback in case your company has an employee recognition program, as I think they should be recognized for a great job.

While on that topic, I would like to commend Wayne for his professionalism and customer service as well. He was extremely helpful when he came to my house to evaluate what we needed to do to fix our gutter problems and pointed out problematic areas to watch in the future. He also gave me a great overview of how he would re-do our gutters when they eventually need to be replaced in the future. He was very honest and seemed to be a person that is focused on doing the best job for the customer, but by only doing what is needed to be done. I am always wary of contractors trying to pad their estimates with unnecessary work, but I never got that vibe with Wayne.

Thanks again to them and your company. We plan to replace our gutters in the coming years and will certainly use you to do the work, as we were very pleased with the work.
