The aesthetics of the result are far better than I imagined. The buildings look new and attractive. They retain an interesting architectural character, including some Tudor elements. The decision to also repair the balconies worked our very well. Now, everything that is visible on the exterior of the building is new.
The project was exceptionally well run. The work progressed at a good pace. Problems were effectively addressed.
