Feher Home Solutions installed a new roof on the rectory (minister’s home) for St. Peters Church in Mountain Lakes in November 2007. This 1914 Hapgood colonial required a complete tear off and the entire roof had to be sheathed in plywood. The difficulty with this roof was trying a different roof height (after tear off) with stucco facing on the home. They used a transitional metal sheathing that matched the color of the stucco beautifully and is barely noticeable. There have been no leaks since the installation. We used a 50 year Timberline product that was installed beautifully and has great appearance. Job was completed on time and on budget.
