I’ve walked the perimeter of the house several times and have looked very closely at the work. I must say that I feel the level of detail is very impressive and the quality of the job is outstanding. I frequently find myself just looking at the house and being amazed at how much of a difference the siding has made in the appearance. Many of our neighbors have stopped by to tell us how great the house looks. A few also mentioned that they were impressed with how quickly the job was completed and how clean your staff kept the site. We couldn’t agree more.
For the first time since we moved in, I’m proud of how nice the house looks, and that’s a great feeling. Feher Home Solutions replaced the entire roof on my home and garage 18 months ago. The house is a 130 year old Victorian. It required a complete tear off, wood sheathing repairs, new copper valleys and copper yankee gutters installed along with a 40 year GAF slateline shingle. The repairs were made in a complete fashion. They did an excellent job managing a flat roof, several mildly pitched roves and a steep gable roof. After 18 months, we’ve never had a leak and the appearance of the roof is beautiful. They were on-time, honored their price and the workmanship was excellent.

They cleaned up the property to a tee, and did a nice job installing my front door. The aesthetics of the result are far better than I imagined. The buildings look new and attractive. They retain an interesting architectural character, including some Tudor elements. The decision to also repair the balconies worked our very well. Now, everything that is visible on the exterior of the building is new. The project was exceptionally well run. The work progressed at a good pace. Problems were effectively addressed. You made an excellent choice of contractor. You chose someone who was capable of performing the work and seemed genuinely interested in doing things right.
